Every Tuesday from 5:30-close, Jamie Elman plays the piano while we highlight one of our personally selected spirits. Each company will work with our mixologists using ingredients from our farms to create luscious libations for $6. This gives us the opportunity to introduce you on an intimate level to our purveyors. We select our farms and suppliers not only for their commitment to quality, but also their participation in the community. They will play games, award prizes, give classes, and enhance your knowledge of their brand. Understanding the work behind the labels will hopefully give you the same passion for them we’ve found.

Whole Pig Feast

As seen on Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern on the Travel Channel.

Serves 6-8 people and includes a variety of appetizers, whole pig, 3 seasonal vegetables and mashed potatoes.

Available for lunch, dinner, and take out. Requires a minimum of 8-10 day advance notice.
