Chef Benjamin Ford will also sit on Ziggy Marley’s Sustainable Food Panel on Saturday, February 23. The event will be the only one at the South Beach Food & Wine Festival to focus on sustainable food systems. It is designed to be an intimate affair focused on local food economies and the role that restaurants play along with the importance of organics in both restaurants and grocery stores.
